Proper Use of Our Candles.

Our candles burn at a rate of 1 inch or 2.54 cm per hour. It is advised to let the candle burn for about 4 hours as it will ensure the wax puddle reaches the outside of the jar/ vessel. This prevents tunnelling.
Allow the candle to burn without swirling as it will drown the flame from building up excess melted wax.
Burn it on a flat surface away from flammables, such as drapes, and keep it out of reach of pets and children.
Trim your wicks before relighting to 1/4 inch. Wood wicks included. This ensures a clean burn and extends the life of the candle.
Never leave a candle unattended.
For wax melts, use one cube for large warmers, and half a cube for nightlights as the heat from the bulb activates your scent. Turning off the warmer when away will extend the life of your wax and allow a new burst when the unit is turned back on.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges and Returns are on used products only.
Defects can happen as nobody is perfect. The manufacturers will be notified to check for issues. They will be investigated as they arise.
1. We are not responsible for return postage. Any returns will be shipped at your own expense.
2. Misuse of products will not be refunded or exchanged. This includes swirling as it will drown the flame and prevent a proper burn.
2a Not allowing a proper burn time. Soy wax burns at an average rate of one inch or 2.54 cm or 1 inch per hour. Please allow 3-4 hours of burn time each time. Failure to do so will result in tunnelling. Tunnelled candles due to improper use will not be refunded or exchanged.
2b Pouring out melted wax shortens the candle's life, and we will not replace or refund this either as this is misuse.
3. Items that are refused or marked Return To Sender will have the real shipping charges removed before any refund is given. The $4.95 we charge is a courtesy and a shared charge. The real shipping charge by the shipping companies will be deducted.
4. If the scent is present, the product is scented. We will not entertain issues with too strong of scent or not enough scent. They are poured following the scent manufacturer’s requirements. . Some scents, such as cucumber versus a baked good scent, are considered softer than others. The baked goods will have a more vibrant scent throw as it does in the real-life setting.
